CPEFC has Bible hour / Sunday school every Sunday at 9:30 am. The adult class is studying the OT, “tweens and teens” are studying Colossians, and there are fun, engaging, Bible-rich activities for younger children as well.
Why should you attend Bible hour / Sunday school? One good reason is that God commands us to study the Bible. 2 Timothy 2:15 of the King James Bible says, “Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” The Bible is our only safe guide; we as God’s people must not depart from it. The discipline of study is valuable, and in a group setting on Sunday morning, with a cup of coffee in hand, it is enjoyable.
