weekly update

Blessings to you!  Last Sunday I preached from Joel 2:18-32. The sermon audio can be found at at the SERMON AUDIO tab.  We rejoice in the Lord because He is a jealous God, He has given us joy, we can praise Him in His presence, and we have a future with Him.

This Sunday at 9:30 we will learn about work and jobs from Proverbs and at 10:30 I will preach from Joel 3 about resting in Him.

PRAISE God for the women’s retreat and farmers and even the blizzard! We pray for comfort in the passing of Kim Junke and mercies for those who travel. We give thanks for servicemen and women and remember those who gave their lives for their country. We pray for our leaders and the situation in Syria, and we ask for a gospel witness in all the nations. We remember missionaries the Heinman’s and Amanda and our outreach effort in this afternoon’s movie. We continue to lift up students and schools and workers in the Chamberlain area, and the bus drivers and Ron Pickner.

The movie showing of “I Can Only Imagine” was well received. We are glad we could love and bless our community in this manner.

Blessings to you and I encourage you to rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say: Rejoice!

you are loved and prayed for
