Degemer mad! “Hello” in Breton, a Celtic language spoken in Brittany in the northwest of France.
Last Sunday we learned about the Holy Spirit in the Old Testament at the 9:30 Bible hour and I preached from Luke 11:14-28 at 10:30, “joy of the kingdom”. We recognize the King, be His people, and maintain kingdom posture. We also worshipped in giving, singing, prayer, and at the Lord’s Table. Amen! You can find the sermon online at the tab above.
This Sunday we will learn about the work of the Holy Spirit in John 16 at 9:30 am. I will preach from Luke 11:29-36 on “seeing the light of the king” at 10:30. Hope to see you this Sunday!
Please keep building and property issues and leaders and community in prayer as we look ahead to the next 10 years.
We praise God for the end of the school year and please continue to pray for a summer of blessings and travel mercies. Many of us are coming and going at various times – send a postcard or email as you are able. Keep in touch with your church family!
Please keep Miguel from Puerto Rico in prayer. Praise God for Khalise who is doing better! Please keep Mason and Eli’s health in prayer, and Gerri’s cancer surgery. We remember the Reisenger and Svoboca families who lost loved ones. Praise God for full time work and Victory Bible camp going well, as well as safety and provision for the Herman’s vehicle after a deer strike.
Blessings to you and I encourage you to take time to see God work in His kingdom this summer. We are His people and we maintain focus, direction, and kingdom posture in all areas.
We are happy to be here with you at CPEFC. You are loved and prayed for.
