Hope you are well! At church on Sunday we have Bible study and Sunday school for all ages at the 9:30 hour and worship at 10:30. Last Sunday I preached from Micah 1:1-7, “God proclaims His judgment.” You can hear the sermon above under the SERMON AUDIO tab or through our FaceBook page. This Sunday I will preach from Micah 4, “God promises future glory.”
I want to remind you that elders, deacons, and deaconesses are available for prayer and ministry. If you have a need, please let someone know.
We will have regular Sunday school and worship on December 23 and 30. We will have a special Christmas Eve service on Monday, December 24, from 6:00 – 7:00 pm at the OCC.
Our PRAYER DIRECTORY will be available the next few Sundays in December so we can make any corrections before final printing. It will include birthdays, contact info, and prayer helps. Thank you for participating in this prayer effort.
Please keep our troops in prayer as they serve overseas this Christmas season. We pray for the marines and navy soldiers involved in the accident in Japanese waters. PRAISE God for the good music concert at CHS and we pray for upcoming events before Christmas break. Please remember our college students and young adults in all their efforts. Please keep Pam in prayer for her heart condition and medications.
Blessings to you and I hope you are well. God is serious about the sin in your life. He proclaims judgment upon rebellion and sin and it will be so. He has fulfilled this judgment through Jesus, our Lord and Savior; we are saved by faith. Trust in Him today, and “let your heart prepare Him room” as Christmas draws closer.
